Pennswood Village is a senior living community in Newtown, PA, seeking a Full-Time Maintenance / Security Assistant for the evening shift (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.). The role combines general maintenance with campus safety to support residents, staff, and visitors, with a competitive benefits package.

Position requires performing maintenance tasks, responding to emergencies, monitoring safety, and assisting with snow removal and security investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and maintenance assignments throughout the community.
• Respond to emergency situations and assist with established safety and evacuation procedures.
• Monitor campus safety and security and respond to resident, employee, and visitor needs.
• Identify equipment or building issues and contact appropriate Facilities staff when needed.
• Assist with safety and security investigations as directed.
• Support snow removal and other weather-related operations as needed.
