Job summary

Pennswood Village is seeking a Full-Time Heavy Housekeeper/Floor Care Technician to join our senior living community. The role focuses on cleaning carpets and floors, operating floor-care equipment, and maintaining areas across the campus, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable individuals who are eager to learn and work independently in a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Floor care, housekeeping or institutional cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn floor-care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining carpeted and hard-surface floors.

Pennswood Village is seeking a Full-Time Heavy Housekeeper/Floor Care Tech to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working independently, and are looking for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, we'd like to meet you.

Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who is dependable and ready to learn.

The Position

As a Floor Care Technician, you'll help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our beautiful senior living community by:

• Cleaning and maintaining carpeted and hard-surface floors
• Operating floor-care equipment and completing scheduled floor maintenance
• Providing floor care throughout resident hallways, common areas, offices, meeting spaces, fitness and pool areas, and our Health Center
• Moving furniture and equipment as needed to complete floor-care assignments
• Working independently while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment
