Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, clean, and well‑functioning for residents and staff in New York. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, and support preventative care across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fixtures.

Formación

• Experience performing routine maintenance tasks and following safety procedures.
• Ability to execute basic repairs and support preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures).
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects.
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory.
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards.
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills.
• Drive community vehicle as assigned.

Pay Range:

21.30 - 26.70
