Sunrise Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep the community safe, clean and well‑functioning for residents and staff. You will complete assigned maintenance tasks, perform basic repairs and support with painting, refurbishing and preventive maintenance.

The role involves assisting with HVAC and mechanical system maintenance, maintaining tools and inventory, and following OSHA and safety standards.

Pay Range: 18.65 - 23.45
