Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents, families, and staff. You will handle maintenance tasks, basic repairs, and make-ready preparations to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Performs routine maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Carries out basic repairs to plumbing, electrical, appliances, and fixtures.
• Supports painting and refurbishing projects.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the community.

• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.

• Assist with suite make-ready preparation.
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards.
• Participate in emergency drills and safety training.
• Operate community vehicles as needed.

Pay Range:

20.60 - 25.80
