Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our building safe, clean, and well-functioning for residents, families, and staff. You will complete maintenance tasks, perform basic repairs, assist with painting and refurbishing, and support HVAC and mechanical system maintenance.

You will follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards, participate in emergency drills, maintain tools and inventory, and assist with suite make-ready.

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures).
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects.
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.

• Support carpet and floor care as needed.
• Assist with suite “make-ready” preparation.

Pay Range:

20.00 - 25.05
