Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Virginia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Life Safety Code, the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities, ensuring they are maintained in good working order.

You will follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and uphold the community's standards, with shifts Monday to Friday, days, and a pay rate of $19–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring Life Safety Code compliance, the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order.
• Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice.
• Supports maintenance policies and procedures as directed by administration.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:
