Job summary

Robious Health & Rehab Center in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Maintenance team member to support Life Safety Code compliance and keep the physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities in excellent working order. You will follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and uphold the community's standards, working under the Maintenance Director to ensure safety and reliability across all facilities.

We offer a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday days, with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring Life Safety Code compliance and maintain the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order according to community policies and procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous SNF experience preferred.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, Days

• Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
