Pay: $15 - $19 / hour Depending On Experience

Are you looking to be part of a team that fosters a supportive environment and offers growth opportunities in healthcare? NHC invites you to join our Maintenance team! This role involves direct contact with residents, requiring high competency and efficiency in maintenance operations. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Position Highlights:

• Perform heavy-duty cleaning, light grounds care, and maintain institutional equipment.
• Keep detailed records of work performed.
• Coordinate with other departments to avoid disrupting patient care or business operations.
• Be available to respond to emergencies on call.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots, and driveways, including gardening, landscaping, snow removal, etc. (excluding contracted services).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or technical school graduate.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, knowledge of local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
