Responsibilities

1. Complete work orders around the community.
2. Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in.
3. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
4. Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; however, general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with others.
• Self-assured with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take satisfaction in completing repairs or projects.
