Our Plant Operations Staff supports the Plant Operations Director by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are well-maintained and that property grounds comply with policies and regulations, positively impacting the lives of our stakeholders and residents.

What You Need to Make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, edgers, pressure washers, chainsaws, etc.

Experience in maintenance around a facility is preferred.
