Position: Maintenance Assistant

This position requires personal contact with residents, a high level of competency, and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations. You must be able to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Position Highlights:

• Heavy-duty cleaning, light grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment.
• Keep records of work performed.
• Coordinate work with other departments to avoid interrupting patient care or normal business functions.
• Able to be on call for emergencies.
• Perform or direct duties related to maintenance of building, equipment, grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc. This may include gardening, landscaping, snow removal, etc. (excluding work under service contracts).

Experience:
