Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

NHC fosters a teamwork environment and offers growth opportunities in healthcare. We are seeking a Maintenance team member who interacts with residents and demonstrates competence and efficiency in maintenance operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Position Highlights:

• Perform heavy-duty cleaning, light grounds care, and maintain institutional equipment.
• Keep detailed records of work performed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations without disrupting patient care.
• Be available for on-call emergencies.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots, driveways, and perform gardening, landscaping, snow removal, etc., excluding contracted services.

Work Schedule:

AM or PM shifts available.

Job Type:

Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.
