Englewood Health and Rehab in Englewood, OH is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support daily maintenance tasks and repairs within a healthcare setting. The role involves handling building systems, safety compliance, and responsive maintenance to ensure resident comfort and safety.

The position is full-time, on-site with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth. Experience in healthcare maintenance is preferred; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus).
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tools and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with routine maintenance and repairs of building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Performing minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Conducting daily safety checks and responding to maintenance requests; ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Supporting emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assisting with routine maintenance and repairs of building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Performing minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
