Job summary

Craneville Place Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center in Dalton, MA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to provide hands-on building upkeep.

You will handle minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting, respond to residents' maintenance needs, and participate in on-call rotations. LTC experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in maintenance and basic trades.
• On-call availability required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting tasks.
• Respond to buildings and residents' maintenance needs.
