Rocky River Gardens is seeking a full-time Maintenance Tech to provide well-rounded building maintenance. The successful candidate will support the maintenance staff and help uphold safety and reliability of facilities.

You will coordinate services with other departments and assist with policy development, daily operations, and upkeep. The role requires carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing skills, plus a valid driver's license and Covid-19 vaccination as mandated for healthcare workers.

Formación

• One year of maintenance experience.
• Skills in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
• Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety.
• Valid driver's license.
• Vaccination against Covid-19 as required by federal law for healthcare employees.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).
• All other duties as assigned
