Job summary

Eastland Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a part-time Floor/Maintenance Tech to support maintenance in a healthcare facility. The successful candidate will bring well-rounded maintenance experience and contribute to building upkeep.

This role works 20 hours per week and requires skills in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing, along with knowledge of Fire and Life Safety. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience.
• Skills in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
• Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance staff in developing and using departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other departments (Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).
• All other duties as assigned
