Meadow Falls of Richmond is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Richmond Heights, OH to help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, appliances, and systems.
• Respond to resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
