Ebenezer’s Aurora on France campus is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bloomington, MN. The role focuses on monitoring preventative maintenance programs and repairing building systems and equipment, while providing basic troubleshooting training to staff as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience with mechanical equipment, hold a Minnesota boiler license (or obtain within 90 days), and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year to 3 years of experience with mechanical equipment.
• Must have MN state Boiler License or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Monitors preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment.
• Trains other building staff on basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Works at Ebenezer Skilled Nursing Facility in Bloomington, MN.

Job Overview

Aurora on France is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in our Ebenezer Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care)! This role monitors preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment, trains other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment at our spacious care center in Bloomington, MN.

This Position Includes

• 80 hours per two weeks
• Day/evening shift
• Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

• 1 year One to Three Years
• Experience with mechanical equipment
• Special Boilers License - State MN (must have upon hire or be able to obtain within 90-days of hire date.) Upon Hire
• Drivers License Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
• 3 years Three to Five Years
