POSITIONS AVAILABLE ON 1ST (6AM-2PM), 2ND (2PM-10PM), AND 3RD (10PM-6AM) SHIFTS.
PAY RANGE: $20.00/HOUR PLUS $1.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL.

Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain multi-color flexographic printing presses to print multi-color work, including solids, screen tints, line, and halftones with critical color values and registration requirements. Printing on various substrates including paper, tag stock, and pressure-sensitive label materials. Review job specifications to determine press setup according to the imposition of the run. Perform all make-ready tasks such as hanging plates, installing cylinders, dies, and other tooling, examining plates/cylinders for imperfections, and checking for correct image positioning, prepping blankets, adjusting tension and registration. Make necessary color corrections and press adjustments prior to production to meet quality standards. Maintain the press through cleaning, lubricating, minor repairs, and replacing worn parts, following manufacturer recommendations.
Must have skill in reading and understanding job specifications to determine necessary press setup materials. Proficient use of rulers, PMS guides, and other printing aids is required to ensure consistent quality. Basic to intermediate computer skills are necessary for operating newer equipment with advanced systems including cameras, drives, and imaging systems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, 10-25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly. Ability to distinguish color variation. Two-handed operation required for STOP/Safe controls. Good eye/hand coordination is essential.
ATTENDANCE: Punctuality and regular attendance are essential. Overtime and weekend work are conditions of employment. Flexibility to work any shift is required.
