Park7 Management is seeking individuals to support our maintenance team during a busy season at our student housing property in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The temporary Maintenance Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager during summer turnover, handling a variety of apartment units and maintaining the grounds. The goal is to ensure client satisfaction and timely completion of work orders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with summer turnovers
2. Inspecting and preparing units for move-in
3. Touch-up painting in units
4. Pressure washing
5. Performing other assigned tasks

Seasonal Duration:

June through August

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Capability to navigate the property, including climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
