Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Aiken, SC to support the Maintenance Management Team with coordinating activities and maintaining technical documentation. The role includes developing and reviewing Lockout/Tagout procedures and managing asset care plans to ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Associate degree with relevant maintenance engineering experience, and familiarity with SAP, CMMS/EAM systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or associate degree with 2 years of maintenance engineering experience, or 4 years in related fields.
Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout programs and asset management.
Experience with SAP and CMMS/EAM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Maintenance Management Team in coordinating department activities and strategic initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and review Lockout/Tagout procedures to ensure compliance.
Create and maintain Asset Care Plans, maintenance standards, and supporting technical documentation.
Maintain equipment records, asset registers, and maintenance compliance records.
Support maintenance compliance programs including inspections and regulatory requirements.
