Job summary

Walmart in Troutman, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for warehouse facilities, monitor performance of material handling and utility systems, and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards.

You will lead and develop associates and leaders, coordinate staffing and scheduling, manage budgets and capital expenditures, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field expected.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field expected.
• 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement area goals and manage staffing.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports to achieve facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Identify concerns and take corrective action or make recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coaching.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations including equipment and compliance with regulations.
