You will oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance, prioritizing safety, compliance, and efficient work orders. The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with DC leaders to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and supervision.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanics, guiding them through the day's tasks.
• Oversee equipment repair and maintenance; assign work orders with safety first.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure schedule adherence.
• Create efficient methods and procedures for departmental activities and troubleshoot operational problems.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of building, grounds, and equipment.
• Supervise the facility's waste disposal program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with DC leaders to meet maintenance needs and tour facilities regularly.
