Burlington Stores, Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking an entry-level Burlington Maintenance General Technician to maintain and repair automated material handling equipment and facility systems.

You will use preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment availability and troubleshoot breakdowns to restore service quickly. You’ll collaborate with lead and skilled technicians, perform root cause analysis, and follow safety procedures.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Transferrable mechanical skills.
• Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Basic PC competency and ability to use mobile apps on handheld devices.
• Familiar with simple wiring diagrams, symbols and electrical measuring.
• Experience with work order management and preventive/predictive maintenance procedures, common industrial tools, basic carpentry and plumbing, reading blueprints and schematics, basic electrical/electronic principles, metal fabrication and welding, and basic industrial controls.

Mansioni

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of MHE on site, including conveyors and sortation.
• Demonstrate mechanical proficiency for hydraulic and pneumatic systems and AC/DC motors.
• Adjust, reset, repair or replace belts, chains, cables and wear parts.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays and encoders.
• Read electrical and electronic schematics and use handheld devices to create Work Orders.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; LOTO, Arc Flash where applicable.
• Perform PM on facility equipment including HVAC, compressors, and balers.
• Travel to nearby facilities to procure parts; operate Burlington vehicles.
