Magna Exteriors is offering an Apprentice Program focused on maintenance technology, electronics, HVAC, and general mechanical work. Positions include two shifts (1st and 3rd) with training and path to permanent employment. High school diploma or GED and a related AS degree are required or in progress.

Strong teamwork and safety focus are emphasized. The program supports employee development, with a starting pay rate of $30.83 per hour plus shift premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• One year of continuous work experience required.
• Preferred: electrical, HVAC, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• AS degree in Maintenance Technology or related field, or concurrent enrollment per Apprenticeship Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Learn to troubleshoot and repair electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC equipment.
• Analyze problems, determine root cause, and implement permanent solutions.
• Install conduits, enclosures, controllers, and switches.
• Perform general mechanical work including welding and pipe-fitting.
• Maintain 5S clean, safe work area and complete work orders.
