Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for our 3rd shift. You will work with the Maintenance team to keep molding, paint, and assembly operations running smoothly, troubleshoot equipment issues, read schematics, and fabricate parts as needed.

The facility is nicotine-free and uses pre-employment screenings. Ideal candidates have a technical associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience, and automotive manufacturing background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical or mechanical repairs.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Keep molding, paint, and assembly departments running smoothly.
• Read schematics, diagrams, and parts breakdowns.
• Fabricate and weld equipment when needed.
• Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to get the job done right.
• Assist with preventative and predictive maintenance.
