Cargill, Inc. in Schuyler, NE is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Planner to develop detailed job plans, procure materials, and schedule downtime with a focus on safety and reliability. You will maintain SAP data, review work orders, and collaborate with the team to optimize plant maintenance activities.

Ideal candidates bring computer skills, English literacy, basic math, and willingness to work in a team, including HazMat contexts, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Computer skills and ability to read, write and speak English.
• Familiar with beef processing equipment knowledge.
• Basic math skills and maintenance-related subjects.
• Willingness to participate in HAZMAT teams.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile information to generate detailed job plans.
• Initiate procurement of materials and tools for job plans.
• Prepare detailed job plans and schedule downtime with senior team members.
• Maintain databases (SAP) to support projects and processes.
• Plan basic repair procedures to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Review completed work orders and update machinery history data.
• Provide reports to maintenance leaders on progress and schedules.
• Handle basic issues under supervision and escalate complex issues.
• Update maintenance plans to improve safety and reliability.
