Job summary

Cargill is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician III for our Lewisburg, OH facility. The role focuses on complex maintenance and troubleshooting to keep production and facilities running safely and efficiently.

The technician will diagnose issues across multiple trades, read schematics, document actions, and coach other team members. Shift is 2nd (1:30pm-12:00am) with overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• English (verbal/written) communication required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance across two or more trades or systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across complex equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues across multiple systems.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Document completed work, findings, and corrective actions in maintenance systems.
• Support other technicians by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex maintenance activities.
• Work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with advance notice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
