Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule all work orders, CM and PMs.
• Coordinate maintenance work groups with production leaders to optimize labor resources.
• Add steps and hours to CM work orders and ensure availability of equipment.
• Schedule preventive maintenance per best practices; perform spare parts inventory and manage Maximo entries.
• Maintain compliance with ADM safety testing and track weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Review work orders for proper resources and materials; lead maintenance review meetings.
• Collaborate with maintenance management and engineering for outage planning.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required during shutdowns.

They are responsible for developing a plan that ensures efficient execution of reliability focused maintenance practices to ensure safe and consistent equipment and process operations in manufacturing.**Job Duties*** Plan and Schedule all work orders, CM (corrective maintenance) and PMs (preventive maintenance)* Schedule appropriate maintenance work groups by coordinating with production leaders to improve efficiency of labor resources* Add job steps and work hours to CM work orders* Communicate to ensure equipment is available and ready for maintenance work to proceed and planned* Schedule appropriate time for preventive maintenance activities per best practices* Perform physical inventory of spare parts* Organize and track spare parts inventory, add items to Maximo* Maintain 100% compliance with ADM required CSD (Critical Safety Device) testing* Data entry of weekly and monthly maintenance KPIs* Utilize Maximo to drive accurate tracking of work hours and inventory* Review work orders before scheduling to have proper time, materials, crafts, tools, SOP creation, and permits allocated* Actively participate in weekly maintenance review and response meetings. Lead discussion of open work orders with maintenance supervision.* Provide a strong positive safety presence and lead by example.* Partner with maintenance management and engineering to develop planned outage work lists with detailed planning of jobs and resources* Overtime and weekend work required during plant shutdowns**Requirements*** Two (2) or more years experience in Maintenance Technician, Planner or Scheduler role in a continuous manufacturing environment.
