Job summary

Imperial Healthcare NJ is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join our facilities team. The role focuses on routine maintenance, minor repairs, and ensuring quality service for residents and staff. You will handle plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks and respond to work orders with urgency.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or facility experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
