Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisors and inspectors regarding departures, room moves, VIP arrivals, and guest requests.
• Answer phone calls and respond to requests appropriately.
• Maintain all maintenance logs and records (e.g., employee keys, radios, work orders).
• Audit SDS books and ensure they are current.
• Process purchase orders, order supplies, and code invoices.
• Track and submit all work orders in the system.
• Log lost and found items; perform guest follow-ups to ensure service quality.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
