Job summary

The Long Bay Resort at Brittain Resorts & Hotels is seeking a Janitorial Grounds/Sanitation team member in North Myrtle Beach, SC. You will maintain resort grounds, keep outdoor spaces clean, assist with trash collection, and respond quickly to guest cleanliness needs.

This role requires outdoor work, physical effort, and weekend availability. You will operate leaf blowers, pressure wash, and coordinate with the Chief Engineer to keep surfaces and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically intensive tasks and lift/move items
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
• Clear spoken and written communication with guests and coworkers

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort grounds daily, ensuring outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing
• Perform sanitation duties and manage trash removal from property areas
• Assist with large item removals and daily pool deck duties
• Operate leaf blower and pressure wash surfaces as needed
• Report issues to Chief Engineer and maintain equipment in safe working order
• Respond promptly to guest concerns with minimal disruption
