Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, facilities, equipment, and machinery.

  • Assist with renovations and construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform painting, minor repairs, and cleaning tasks.
  • Inspect and maintain HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Handle basic electrical and carpentry tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Comply with state and federal regulations and report as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment. This includes performing repairs, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and monitoring equipment for any potential issues. The job requires physical labor and the use of various tools and equipment. Must have a strong attention to detail, adhere to schedules and deadlines, and the ability to work independently. This individual plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents, employees, and visitors.

DUTIES
  • Performing routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, facilities, equipment, and machinery.
  • Performing basic landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.
  • Assisting with renovations and construction projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and cleaning.
  • Inspecting and maintaining building systems such as HVAC and plumbing.
  • Handling basic electrical and carpentry tasks.
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • State and Federal regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
