Job summary

McDonald's independent franchisee is hiring a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior areas clean and equipment well maintained. You will work as part of the Maintenance Team with access to training and tools to succeed.

The role offers pay up to $15 per hour and benefits including vacation, tuition assistance, insurance, flexible scheduling, and more. Prior experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Assists management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Maintenance Person role supported by tools and training.

Responsibilities

• Free Meals when you are on break.
• Unload products from Martin Brower weekly, about twice a week.
• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to

• Free Meals when you are on break.

• Unload the products from Martin Brower weekly sometime twice a week

• :Filtering oil fryers daily

• Maintaining outside grounds

• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

• Unload delivery truck 2 times a wee

• Take out and empty trash compactor

• Change light bulbs

• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
