Capstone Management seeks an on-site Apartment Maintenance technician to service resident requests and ensure rapid repairs in compliance with policies and safety standards.
You will manage make-ready tasks, coordinate vendors, and maintain inventories while documenting work orders and ensuring quality. The role requires a driver’s license, AC certification, and willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
