Job summary

Elite Building Services is seeking a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to service sites across Pennsylvania, primarily the Philadelphia area and western suburbs. The role covers commercial maintenance, installing blinds and curtains, minor plumbing/electrical work, hanging items, patching and painting, and other handyman tasks.

Travel within a 50‑mile radius is required. Work hours are 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, with some evenings or weekends for emergencies; a company vehicle and gas

Qualifications

• 1 year maintenance/handyman experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Salary Range: $24.00 To $27.00 Hourly

About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the state of Pennsylvania (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

This position requires regular travel to our customer sites throughout the Philadelphia and its western suburbs down toward Delaware. Candidates must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius, including: Glen Mills, Philadelphia, West Chester, Ardmore, Kennett Square, Downingtown,Malvern, King of Prussia, and Media PA.

Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.
