About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician to work in the state of Delaware, or Southeast Pennsylvania, (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

The Maintenance Tech position will require traveling to various sites that Elite manages in the surrounding areas of Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington, DE.

We are looking to hire a candidate within a 35-mile radius from Wilmington DE.

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Commercial Maintenance Work
• Minor Plumbing Work
• Minor Electrical Work
• Unclogging Toilets
• Hanging Numerous Items on Walls
• Patching & Painting
• Assembling office furniture
• Various handyman work

Note: Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.

Role Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
