Job summary

Elite Building Services is seeking a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to service Pennsylvania sites, Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. Expect travel within a 50-mile radius to Philadelphia and western suburbs; company vehicle and gas card provided.

The role involves commercial maintenance, installing shades and curtains, minor plumbing/electrical tasks, and general handyman duties. Some evenings and weekends may be required for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1 year maintenance/handyman experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Commercial maintenance work.
• Install commercial shades.
• Hang medical curtains and curtain tracks.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Unclog toilets and hang items on walls.
• Patch, paint and assemble office furniture.
• Handle various handyman duties.

About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the state of Pennsylvania (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

This position requires regular travel to our customer sites throughout the P hiladelphia and its western suburbs down toward Delaware. Candidates must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius, including: Glen Mills, Philadelphia, West Chester, Ardmore, Kennett Square, Downingtown,Malvern, King of Prussia, and Media PA.

. Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.
