Job summary

Dynamic Tool Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. You will support safe and efficient operations by addressing mechanical, electrical, and general facility needs while coordinating with the maintenance team and other departments.

The role requires 1+ years in industrial maintenance or related fields, basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical/plumbing

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CMMS and safety protocols.

Job Profile Summary

Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. This role supports the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing environment by addressing mechanical, electrical, and general facility needs. The technician works closely with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure minimal downtime and a safe, functional workplace.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Work Experience

• 1+ years’ experience of related experience
• Experience in industrial maintenance, facilities support, or building systems preferred.

Education

• Up to 2 years of formal post-high school specialized trade, technical school, or college
• Technical diploma or certification in industrial maintenance, HVAC, or electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• OSHA safety training or certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to after-hours emergencies.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, climbing, and working in mechanical or outdoor environments.
