Job summary

Huntsville Embassy Suites by Atrium Hospitality is seeking a maintenance technician to support building systems and property operations. You will assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment, conduct inspections, and support preventive maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance or engineering experience, a high school diploma, and relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment.
• Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs.
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms.
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.
