Job summary

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years of dealership or private shop experience, ASE and manufacturer certifications, and proficiency with diagnostic tools. You’ll perform brake, suspension, and electrical diagnostics to keep vehicles safely on the road.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of dealership or private shop experience.
- ASE and manufacturer certifications.
- Experience using scan tools and service information systems.
- Ability to independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs.
- Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- Diagnose causes of malfunction and complete work per safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair orders, test procedures and time.
- Maintain and inventory standard mechanic tools.
