Job summary

Crain Ford of Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join our growing service department. Ford experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills required.
• Experience with domestic, import, or luxury brands welcomed.
• Kia experience preferred but not required.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Perform maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and brake concerns.
• Conduct inspections and identify additional service opportunities.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.
• Work with service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain productivity and quality workmanship.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training.
