Crain Ford of Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join our growing service department in Jacksonville, AR. Ford experience is preferred but not required. Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience with domestic, import, or luxury brands welcome.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Performing maintenance and repair services to manufacturer standards.
• Troubleshooting electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and brake concerns.
• Conducting inspections and identifying additional service opportunities.
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.
• Working closely with service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintaining productivity while ensuring quality workmanship.
• Participating in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training.
