Horton, Inc. has an opening for a Mainline Assembler in Britton, SD. This is an hourly position starting at $25.76 per hour, with a $1.25 shift premium for the 3:30pm–2:00am shift and potential overtime.

Responsibilities include assembling, painting, testing, packing, and transporting fan clutches and subassemblies to the finished goods area. The role requires attention to quality, the ability to read drawings, and accurate data entry into Oracle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desired but not required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, paints, tests, and packages fan clutch units per schedule.
• Collects parts, prepares for assembly, and follows drawings.
• Performs quality checks and records data in Oracle.
• Labels, boxes, palletizes finished goods and ships to customers.
