• Support production jobs in mainframe and midrange environments: creation, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage batch processing using Control-M.
• Support COBOL-based mainframe apps using Endevor for promotions.
• Participate in paired programming sessions for training and knowledge sharing.
• Review, update, and submit procedural documentation; contribute to team presentations and knowledge-building.
• Manage incident and service request tickets using Cherwell; document actions and resolutions.
• Coordinate and control mainframe console operations and I/O processes.
• Execute scheduled jobs in compliance with standards and procedures.
• Perform multiple operational tasks during assigned shifts in a 24/7/365 environment.
