Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a data center operating environment and production systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and perform JCL overrides.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Mainframe MVS LPARs activity via console messages, logs, and monitoring tools.
• Create, update, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow per procedures.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly application releases and mainframe hardware upgrades.
• Provide on-site production support and coordination with development teams.
