1. Support of Mainframe Network
2. Responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks
3. Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the Institute's operating environment
4. Maintain the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the infrastructure, including monitoring, incident response, problem resolution, and planning for growth
5. Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the data center
6. Deploy new technologies and design, install, configure, maintain, and test PC/server operating systems, networks, utilities, and hardware
