Accenture Flex is seeking an experienced Mainframe Engineer to support the modernization of a core banking platform from FIS Systematics to a cloud-native architecture. The role focuses on current state analysis, data mapping, and collaboration with cloud data teams over a multi-year migration and coexistence period.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Mainframe technologies COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS.
• Direct working experience with FIS Systematics and its core modules and batch architecture.
• Demonstrated legacy system analysis and system-to-system mapping experience.
• Experience on an application modernization or cloud migration program.
• Ability to translate legacy technical constructs into cloud-compatible designs.
• Strong written documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and document current state Systematics architecture, data flows, and integrations.
• Map legacy application/data structures to Oracle cloud core banking components.
• Contribute to migration and modernization strategy and artifacts.
• Translate COBOL/JCL/VSAM/CICS constructs into target state designs and interfaces.
• Support data mapping and transformation for dual-core coexistence in cloud.
• Produce mapping specifications and migration artifacts per documentation standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including FIS and system integrators to ensure business rule alignment.
• Support testing, validation, and defect resolution across migration and post-deployment phases.
• Adhere to established SDLC, quality, and change control standards.
