Zusammenfassung

Accenture Flex is seeking an experienced Mainframe Engineer to support modernization of a core banking platform from FIS Systematics to a cloud-native architecture. You will map legacy state, analyze data flows, and collaborate with cloud data teams through a multi-year migration and coexistence period.

You will translate legacy constructs into cloud-friendly designs, document artifacts, and validate work with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.
Direct experience with FIS Systematics and its core modules and batch architecture.
Experience in legacy system analysis and mapping to cloud-enabled designs.

Aufgaben

Analyze and document current Systematics architecture, modules, data flows, batch cycles, and integrations.
Map legacy application and data structures to Oracle cloud core banking components.
Support migration and modernization strategy through documentation and artifact creation.
Translate COBOL/JCL/VSAM/CICS constructs into target-state designs and interfaces.
Assist data mapping to cloud data models and reconciliation during dual core coexistence.
Produce migration artifacts and interface definitions to established standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure target designs meet legacy business rules.
Support testing, validation, and defect resolution during migration and post go-live.
Adhere to SDLC quality and change control processes.
